What you uninstall it give the option not to remove data.

FYI, mailwasher_pro_setup_7_12_29 works.
I'm unable to d/l the previously mentioned mailwasher_pro_setup_7_12_25.

Here too. Using Windows 10 Pro. Mailwasher 7.12.173.
No emails coming in from gmail, metanet mail server, nor my own website's mail server.
It was working ok on Saturday 11th Nov. 2023.
Now it just shows "Checking for email for ...(account name)" and the circle at the bottom left just turns and turns and turns then appears to give up. The Event Log just shows "Unknown Error".
I have tried restarting my router, restarting Windows, restarting Mailwasher, checking the Port numbers etc.
I use Thunderbird and when I click the cloud at the top left, my emails come in to all my accounts, so the problem must lie with Mailwasher.

I have several systems using MWP & am trying to avoid having to go back to the older version. Can we have some update on how things are progressing - even if it is "still looking". Thanks.

Re: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.
As with others, the only fix that worked for me was to set the day back 2 days to Nov.10/23
This problem seems to be date/day related . . .
Mailwasher attempts to access my mail on my domain but hangs attempting to do that.
The older ver. 7.12.56 does not seem to be having this problem.
Otherwise, my mail system is working as it is supposed to.

I'm having the same issue. I also tried changing the date as others mentioned but that didn't work for me.
Edited to add I downloaded the 7.12.119 version and that seems to be working for now.
You can download it from here. https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... change-log

Yep, been having the same issues. Retrieving emails from Thunderbird is OK as well as through the email app on my phone.
Before I go installing 7.12.125 version, if I un-install 7.12.173, will the earlier version keep all my existing settings/account etc?
