I have requested this feature for several years now and it seems like such an easy option to implement. So, in case my request got lost in the Mail(washer) I'm going to try again.
Most of us know how useless the BLACKLIST is. Not that I want to see it go away but trying to BLACKLIST spam is never going to work.
The more useful aspect of MailWasher is the WHITELIST.
Instead of having only one type of name for someone on the WHITELIST (i.e. FRIEND), I wish we could setup our own list of names and have more than just FRIENDS.
Some examples might be . . .
BOSS
CO-WORKER
FAMILY
NEWSLETTER
SHOPPING
CUSTOMER
I know I can achieve some of this with FILTERS (and I do) but it would be SO MUCH EASIER if right clicking on an email gave me the option to assign the sender (just like FRIENDS does now) to a predefined list and be able to sort on that list. As a programmer I can't see where the complication is.
