MW Unchecks Spam reporting when checking a lot of Deletes

I go through my list of mail and as I come to a spam message I check the red down hand and move to the next item as I get to the end some Blue boxed S 's are gone and just the Red down hans are there. See attach Screen Shot

I then have to go back un check up hand then down hand and its stays.
If I do not do that it doesn't get reported so Its not just a screen problem its actually being unchecked
