Hello,

The issue is duplicates messages in the list. It does not happen consistently, it does have a noticeable impact on usage. This has been happening for years. I am bring it up now because there has been little progress and I am hoping for a resolution. Included are a few screenshots, please let me know what logs or otherwise can be added.

See PaperPort, Event Information, and Project Fi on the second page. They are different sizes yet the messages are listed twice. When they originally arrived (before rebooting) they were only once.

Try going to your account settings, each account, turn off the cache option. Save then restart MWP.

It is understandable this might help if it was a problem with a corrupt database, this has been happening for years. It is being attempted now, I will update this if it recurs. Thanks in advance.

Could also try removing the account, restart MailWasher >> add it back. This is a POP or IMAP account ?

POP accounts, it isn't just one. The examples above show two and I don't believe it is related to the accounts. The system has a total of nine accounts. Do you find it odd that the duplicates have different sizes listed? The first duplicate, PaperPort, correctly is 38.9KB. Etc.

The whole thing is a bit odd really

Please note, the following instructions would cause you to lose the training data and you would need to train your MailWasher again:—

Navigate to Help >>----> User Files... >>----> (in the Explorer window that pops-up, click) >>----> cache >>----> crypto >>----> (delete the contents of this directory.)

Report back whether that helped or not .

that appears to have worked, tho i am now having to retrain
