Emails do not clear when sent to Outlook

Emails do not clear when sent to Outlook

After I look at my emails and choose which to delete, I then click on Wash Mail. Outlook opens and files I chose to accept appear. But when I go back to MailWasher, those files are still showing as present instead of being deleted. How can I get them to delete from MailWasher after forwarding them to Outlook?

Hi, you'll need to turn off 'Leave messages on the server' in Outlook. See here
