Subscription more considered

Hello,

This morning the launch of Mailwasher I had this screen on my 3 PCs.

When I renewed the 17/07/2016 the date of my abonnemment had been updated and now I have nothing.

Yes, I went into my account but I have already renewed my 17/07/2016 as shown catches and notification of payment.
I will not pay to license anything.

Since your renewal was indeed successful you do not have to make any further payments.

You could try activating it after some time — could be temporary serves issues (as you noted.)

If your issue persists, you might want to check your firewall for any blocked events in the log.

Try going into Help >> Common Files >> delete the file key.file >> restart MailWasher >> then under Help >> Registration >> enter you license code again

I have done what you say and I still have the same screen, there is one day.

And when my renewal registration was updated and the date was good. If I had known I would have done a screenshot at the time.

OK, it sounds like the registration server hasn't updated with your purchase. I've just given your license a small update which should hopefully push the registration server >> try doing the above again, delete the key.file >> restart MailWasher >> then re-enter the license under Help >> Registration.

But why I lost activation, yesterday was good. Server problems?
