Latest version of Mail Washer Pro 7 on Windows 10, 16 GB memory.
Mailwasher has started sporadically crashing in the past month or so. Recently this has led to Mailwasher pro forgetting the classification of emails as spam or not. Here's a perfect example.

Here's another example...

In both examples, all of the emails which are not classified have been classified for a long time. So it seems like some kind of database issue has occurred.
I'm also seeing 'unknown error' in the event log...

Latest log attached via previous post from within mailwasher via ticket UAV-410257. Apologies for the duplication, couldn't find where to edit ticket UAV-410257.
Thanks in advance...

You may want to get your MailWasher back to near-pristine condition by manually deleting the cache — please note, your existing classification/s would be lost and you would be required to retrain your copy.jeffreywhunter wrote:Recently this has led to Mailwasher pro forgetting the classification of emails as spam or not.

You could try disabling pipelining on the affected account/s — no technical suggestions can be offered unless your POP3 settings are up for inspection (if you decide to post them, be sure to obfuscate/delete personal references.)jeffreywhunter wrote:I'm also seeing 'unknown error' in the event log...
From the security standpoint, it is advisable to attach images within the forum.

Re: Mail Washer Crash leads to problems
I would first try going into your Account Settings for each account and on the Incoming Tab uncheck the Store Cached Email.

Thanks, unchecking Store Cached Email appears to have resolved the problem. Thanks!
