I just uninstalled the .net faramework update, restarted the system and still have same issue.
I also get a popup after win 10 starts that says

Re: Mailwasher Pro V7.11 not starting
I too am having issues with MW 711 as of today. Per reading this post, I have attempted a repair of the .net framework, I also attempted to download the complete 4.7 .net framework and it said I already had it. I am using Win 10 1703.
I try to run MW and I get the splash screen then it crashes.

- Ensure that MailWasher is not running in the background
- Copy your User Files — C:\Users\YourProfileName\AppData\Roaming\Firetrust, to a different location
- Navigate to C:\Users\YourProfileName\AppData\Roaming\Firetrust\MailWasher to delete the Startup.xml file
- Uninstall your existing copy
- Install a fresh copy of the latest release
- Report back (before restoring your User Files)
