Since July i have a new PC; i installed Mailwasher Pro with my licence key and it worked fine. But after two weeks a message came "Trial expired". I entered my key again and it worked again for nearly three weeks. Now i got the message "this key has been registered too many times". I got my lifetime licence key from Firetrust Limited at Jan 15, 2011 5:35:03 AM. Sorry for my bad english, but i am a german speeking man

Contact Firetrust tech support with the same email address that you used for your license.

I am using mailwasher since many years - great product!

In 2011 I bought a lifetime license good for 2 computers. Now I setup a new Windows - as Windows becomes slow and ill after some years. I receive the same message as above: mailwasher pro 7.11 this key has been registered too many times.

What shall I do?

I've reset your license, so just try again in about 5 minutes. Should be good to go.

I have installed mailwasher_pro_setup_7_11_00_23052017_free.exe - but where to register? And: it does not ask me for registration...?...strange....

And:
how to migrate the data (Spamlists and so on) from the Old Mailwasher System?

Looks like you installed MailWasher Free. Check under Help >> About..but I imagine you need to uninstall >> then install the version from https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... o/download


The data you want to copy across is under Help >> User Files. Assuming you still have access to the old machine, you can go into File >> Export >> set to export your settings and other data, give the file a name and save location >> then once that's done you can copy across the file to the new machine, run it like a normal program.

Or manually copy the contents of the folder mentioned above

I have the same problem. I installed win10 on my pc. After this i installed mailwasher pro 7.11. When i want to register with the key from the lifetime license , i got the message This key has been registered too many times. What should I do ?

Just let us know when that happens. I've reset your license, so it should be all good now.

Thank you very much. Last week i change my system from win7 to win10 and all runs good. Now i have reinstall win10 and have the problem with the license key. Now it is all good. Thanks

my license key will expire in March, so i wanted to register with an already purchased key. Mailwasher won´t let me do it though ("this key has been registered too many times").
Can you help me with that? Pls

Hi there,
it happened again. after starting my pc, starting mailwasher it states license expired. My already purchased key wasn´t accepted and then...."this key has been registered too many times". Really annoying.
Pls help
