Assume I have a good filter in position 1 of priority that says email from me@me.com is marked never to be deleted.
Assume I have a spam filter in position 2 of priority that says email from me@me.com is to be auto deleted.
Once washed, will this email show up in my Inbox?

Yes. Custom Filters start at the top and when a match is made it kicks out, not checking any subsequent filters.
