Imap Account Messages still on MW Pro v. 7.11.0
I have 2 IMAP email accounts and have the same problem with each. MWP shows mwssages I have download to my Outlook 2016 program. I saw the message about correcting this and went into account settings but download read emails was not checked in either account. How do I fix this?

IMAP leaves all emails on the server.
The emails you download into Outlook are kept in the Inbox which is why MailWasher sees them. If you read (or flag the message as Read) in Outlook, a subsequent Check Mail in MailWasher will no longer see that email.
You can also move messages from the Inbox folder in Outlook to a subfolder you create, this too then takes it away from the Inbox so no longer loaded by MailWasher.
