MailWasher Pro deleted Emails that were whitelisted

I'm having continuing issues with MWP deleting emails that were already rated as not being spam and whose user or domain was added to my whitelist. I've lost several important Emails from my Outlook 2016 inbox. Please help.

I would first remove the account from MailWasher, then restart and add it back in.

I assume Outlook is using IMAP to access the account, is MailWasher set to be POP or IMAP as well ?

I have four Email accounts (two Comcast, one Gmail, and one Yahoo. All are configured for IMAP.

OK sure thing. It's a touch annoying, but I would remove each of those accounts and add them back in after a restart of MailWasher
