I've a problem which I can't resolve at my own. Since last week MailWasher Pro 7 hangs at 'Evaluation of Message: 2020 of 2020'. I can't stop it, at the right side of the message. So I can't use MailWasher now for still a week. I'm using version 7.11.0. In the log file I see one error with the following text:

The system give's no recommended action.

Does disabling pipelining fix your issue?

If the suggestion above does not help, can you try sending me some logs. To do that, go Help >> Send Support Logs >> Enter a brief note like 'stalls on download' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent so I know to be on the lookout for them.

Thanks. It's not clear why MailWasher isn't checking that account properly, a quick option to try would be to go into Settings >> Accounts >> select your Info PPIBV account >> under the Incoming tab >> change the account type at the top to IMAP >> Save.
That mail server looks to accept IMAP connections just fine, so it should work and hopefully checking via IMAP instead of POP means that it successfully completes.

I'm sorry, but I don't want to use IMAP. At our server, it's also setup as a POP3 account. At my home-address I'm using also MailWasher Pro 7 with the same e-mail accounts. But at my home address I don't have this problem.

OK then. I would then suggest removing the account from MailWasher >> restart the program >> then add the account back in.
If that still fails, do you have an AntiVirus with email scanner module ? If so, disable that and see then if the account is able to check properly.

Unfortunately, nothing will solve the problem. I disabled my antivirus. By te way, at my home address I use the same antivirus and MailWasher Pro. But everytime I see in the Logfile one error is comming back. But I don't understand the showed deatails:

From the logs, it's just the Info PPIBV account that is failing, so I wouldn't remove all, just that one. The error is happening when MW tries to download the emails in that account.

Just a note too , PIPELINING looks to still be enabled on the Info PPIBV account, so just double check under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> that it is switched off.

Sorry, scratch that. It was using the PIPELINING earlier in the logs, but I can see it was turned off after that.
