I have a password utility program that scans for installed email programs and displays the passwords entered into those, if that's useful let me know and I'll post a link.

Sorry for the late reply but I am receiving your emails at a incorrect email address, I will need to have a look in my profile and see if I can change it

No worries. You can change the email address for the forum account here ucp.php?i=ucp_profile&mode=reg_details


I've attached the password utility. In the ZIP file is show_pass.exe which if you run, then hit the Refresh button it will load all the email accounts it can find on the machine (that have been setup in email programs) and display the passwords.
