Various filters and settings are not working for me.

Hi all... I'm having an issue with a persistent attack on my server/s . I've tried many filter options and this stuff just keep coming into my inbox of Mailwasher. I've tried origns of spam, no luck. Why can't image 1 stop this? It seems simple enough but doesn't work. I'm using the latest version. Please the the attached images to see what I've tried and doesn't work. Some shots are from SpamCop and others are from Mailwasher. The email I get is shown in image 17. It's aways the admin login and it's always the wrong password guess.
More frustrating is I can't see all my uploaded images now. Good grief, There is no need to limit my image uploads. A picture is worth a thousand words
I hope this still makes sense.
It seems that any one of these should stop the problem but nothing seems to be working.
What am I doing wrong if anything?
