Why has mail stopped appearing in Mailwasher but appears in my tablet which does not have mailwasher and also on my phone.

Are you getting any errors in MailWasher ? If you send yourself a message, then do a Check Mail in MailWasher >> then if you can try sending me some logs >> go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'emails not loading' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs.

Also if you can reply back here once sent, so I know to be on the lookout for them.
