Mailwasher 7 is not capturing all mail from my server

When I click "check mail" I may receive mail but also maybe not however, after I deal with whatever I do receive I then "check mail" once again to be sure I have all from the server and if no additional mail then I go to Thunderbird to receive that mail which I gave thumbs up to in Mailwasher. That said, often several additional spam mail and some that isn't, plus the thumbs up mail, comes through in Thunderbird. Why is all server mail not be caught by Mailwasher?

Try going into Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> uncheck the option to use PIPELINING when Checking Mail >> Save.

Hopefully that will fix the issue.
