error event log

Opened my mail washer pro this morning and it doesn't go to collect the mail. It was ok until I closed it last night. This morning it says cannot connect, I have checked the settings and they appear ok but something must be wrong and I am missing it. Any thoughts on the problem please.

I would restart MailWasher first, in case it got borked overnight.

If it's still failing, try sending me some logs. To do that go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'cannot connect' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs.

Reply back here once sent, so I know to be on the lookout for them
