Deleting blacklisted mail automatically

Thu Feb 01, 2018 9:54 am

I'm new to MW but it seems to me that I'm getting mail already marked as spam. Could it be so because I previously marked them blacklisted? Is there a way for MW to simply stop emails previously blacklisted from appearing at all. In other words, intercepting them before they hit my incoming mail?

To auto delete blacklisted go Settings >> Spam Tools >> Blacklist >> Options >> you'll see that setting there.

To auto delete other go Settings >> Spam Tools >> Spam Ratings >> enable auto-delete and set the value >> you might want to start around -150 and reduce as required.

Each Spam Tool and the Learning has a final value which you see in the screen mentioned above, it's the final total of those tools that give the email the score used. Learning ranges from -150 which is very spammy, to +150 which is very good.
