How do I roll Back to Previous Version from 7.11.0 ?

My computer crashed and upon restarting I appear to have MWP V7.11.0
I'm not keen on the UI, and a few of my niceties appear gone, such as automatic reporting to spamcop, etc.
How can I roll back to the previous version?
