For a while now I have not been able to click on a link in a mailwasher 7.11 email that I open and have it open a browser window, also when I click on the menu Help/Forums, and click on "forums", which used to take me here to this forum, nothing happens either. Wondering if it's mailwasher or some config I have in Windows 10 v1709

Is it only links in MailWasher that won't open, or do you have other programs installed where links also do not open in the browser ?

Here's the thing. If I have MW set to "run as Administrator", then it will open links in my default browser, but.... will not open at startup even though I have it set to do so. I have to open it manually. However, if I take off the check from "run as administrator", then it opens at startup, but does not open links.... strange. This behaviour is recent. Must be windows 10 related.

I'd try a .NET Repair, and reboot. Not start MW as Admin and see how that goes.

I'm experiencing the same issue. For some reason the links in Mailwasher will no longer open. Launching the program as administrator solves the issue.

I've tried running the .NET repair tool but it doesn't find any issues. I've even tried re-installing .Net (4.71) but to no avail.

Any other thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Which browser do you use Terry ?

I us Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge.

OK. Try running a System File Scan, let that complete (takes 10-15 minutes) then reboot. See if that helps.
