Receiving Some Blank Emails

Running MWP 7.11.0, Windows 10 and Outlook 2016. I have started to receive emails in MWP where the From and Subject boxes are blank. All other boxes for the same email are completedthis is happening on only one mailbox account.

Under Settings >> General >> Checking Mail >> try bringing the Spam Throttle out to about 500 lines >> Save >> restart MailWasher.

I have same issue but that fix didn't work. Can anyone suggest something else to try to make text in the From and Subject boxes visible? This is not happening on all incoming email, but occurs several times daily. Running MWP 7.12.25, Windows 10 and Outlook 2016

You definitely restarted MailWasher after changing ?

Check under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> that Store Cached Email is not checked >> if it is uncheck >> Save.
If the account is IMAP and the option is checked >> set to POP at the top >> uncheck the option >> set back to IMAP >> Save.
