Why Does My Inbox have multiple headings for same accounts?
I have 3 accounts. Two are IMAP and one is Outlook Exchange. Instead of one group for each account there are several, each for a different time period. All of the messages in Outlook are marked as Read. I have attached a screen shot of my collapsed inbox.

You've got your messages set to be grouped by date Received >> then Account. Which you can see in the grouping bar, just below Check Mail, Wash Mail etc...
If for example, you wanted the emails grouped by Account only, you can drag and drop 'Received' away from that bar. Same process to add columns into the grouping, and if you want to alter the order in which columns are grouped.
Once it's all to your preference, under Display Options >> you can uncheck Show Grouping Bar to get some more space back.

That worked! Thank you so much!
