Can't get Mailwasher

I have tried to pay on the Firetrust site to renew my copy of Mailwasher pro by Credit card AND by way of PayPal. Neither have worked. When I use my card, I get "Sorry, your card does not support this type of transaction." Okay, fine. So I select the PayPal option. I fill out the whole thing, and when I click the submit payment button, it instantly takes me back to the very beginning of the Firetrust order page, showing that I am about to order 1 copy of Mailwasher Pro for $24.95. I start over again, I fill the whole thing out, hit the payment button, same thing, back to the start page. Again, the same. Again and again, same. I've been locked out it seems. Luckily, none of these attempts have shown up on my bank account, so it's all good there, but wtf am I supposed to do if I want to renew?

Urgh, sounds messy. I've extended your license so you won't have MW hit the expiry before this gets sorted.
