Why's everything suddenly white?

I've been using MWP for a couple years now, diligently thumbing up and down and seemed to be doing pretty well.

Suddenly this past week, nothing seems to be sorting - everything is white and I'm stuck starting all over sorting things.

What happened?

What version MailWasher are you using ?

For everything to go back white would mean the Learning has been reset. Data loss would also do that, MailWasher stores the information in a database and also in flat files, under Help >> User Files >> cache (for MW 7)
