Hello,
Lately, I have had some legitimate emails with PDF attachments that got filtered into the recycle bin. When I perform a restore on these messages and try to open the PDF attachment , Adobe reports that the attachment is corrupted. Is there a setting in MailWasher Pro that I need to change or a different process to restore these successfully?

You may want to try increasing the Number of lines downloaded per email setting.
However, even after you increase the Number of lines downloaded per email setting or even max it out, there is still the possibility of corruption especially in case of attachments like .PDF (or other such documents) which are not attached directly into the body of the mail.
