Show Friends email only

I just had to reinstall Mailwasher after W10 failed on my laptop. I have used MW successfully for a number of years because of several filters that someone in the Forum had passed along.
I'm in my 80's and, although I hate to admit it, I can't remember the filters from some seven years back.
I most want filter instructions to show emails in the MW inbox only when the addresses are found in my Friends List. (If possible an image would be very helpful.)
Can anyone help this old geezer get back to business with MW?
