Renewal via Firetrust email

Anyone else have problems - I renewed via the link in the email and ordered a lifetime licence for £31.83 UK sterling and got a 3 year licence for £34.23 instead. Am not happy, have emailed 3 times to support and got no reply.

Hello I recently sent you an email 11 May 2018 but have received no reply so am trying again---

I've renewed via your email with the 51% discount and I clicked on the lifetime renewal at £31.83 UK pounds. But when it went through it has come out as a 3 year subscription at £34.23, so what happened here?

Can you amend it please and give me the life time renewal and refund the difference. As you can see below I have not activated the version I downloaded.

OK, no emails from you have reached us, I've searched every system we have and there is just no record. I've sorted your license, but explains why you were getting no reply.

Very strange that, but no matter all now sorted, I have registered with new code and it now states lifetime, so thank you very much for sorting that out. No doubt you will refund via the card I used.

Great thanks very much I'm pleased that it has all been sorted out. I really do find Mailwasher an excellent tool for email, and have done for some time.
