Followed post for mail restore fail and still not working.

It seemed to be fixed according to the log and shows that email was restored with the check box to the left of the email entry that it was restored. However, when checking email in MailWasher there is no email from myself with the restored email. Anyone with some ideas on this?

Do you have another SMTP service you can use for restoring? GMail etc..

You can send me your logs too, if you first try to restore a couple of emails >> then go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'cannot restore' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here that you've sent them.
