Lifetime licence has defaulted to a trial that is expired.

I need urgent help.

I have lifetime licence for mailwasher, I have been on holiday for a week and now I have returnd mailwasher is telling me it is a trial version and that the registration expired on the 3rd of October 2017!!!

I tried using the key that came with the lifetime purchase and I get a message "This key has been registered too many times".
As I only use mailwasher on two computers (mine and my wifes) what is going on?

Please can someone help me.

How can I contact support? I cannot see a support link uner Help all there is is a link to send support logs.

I now cannot wash my mail and unwanted emails are stacking up.

Has someone else already sorted this ? I had a look and the license should be all good.
Either way, I reset the license again and resent you a copy via email
