transfer Mail to outlook

Hi I am a "newbie" (I wish but I am 77 years young)
My question is: when I finished washing the mail, how do I get it to see on outlook 2016 mail?
Also I cannot preview any Good or Friend mail
An answer would be so much appreciated

Oh, I am using 7.11.6 Pro

It should just be a case of hitting the Send/Receive button in Outlook when are ready to bring the good emails in. I assume that's also what you mean by "Also I cannot preview any Good or Friend mail" or is this another issue ?

Thank you so much for the fast reply. Well, what I mean is that I should be able to get to read what "Friend" said but only the header come up. Obviously I am doing something wrong

OK, so you mean in MailWasher you cannot view the contents of the emails.

Try going into Settings >> General >> Checking Mail >> there is a Spam Throttle that determines how many lines per email to download, set this to a higher number like 500 >> Save >> restart MailWasher.

That should fix this.

Hmm, it did it again this morning.
MailWasher says I got an email with attachment from a ‘FRIEND’ but cannot open it in washer to look at and when I go to my outlook mail it is not there even when clicking the send/receive. I deleted the email account in Washer and reinstalled but still the same. I am lost and just about to uninstall MailWasher. What a shame, seems like I wasted my money on it. I don't want to give up just yet. Any further help will be so much appreciated
