failed to connect

Problem with MW Pro at the moment, not sure if it is with this prog or with Sky. After MS updates MW has difficulty in connecting to my Sky account, I know the powers to be don't like me using IE but surely it is my choice. The same thing happened last week when we had another update and I had to wait over 12 hours for it to get sorted out. Does anyone know of a quicker way please.

Is it just your Sky account failing and you have other accounts in MailWasher that are working ?

I assume too you've rebooted since the updates ?

If you go into Help >> User Files >> right click on Logs >> select Send To >> Compressed Zip Folder >> this will create a zip file named Logs >> if you can email me that to forum@firetrust.com will take a look.

thank you rusticdog for replying but my panic appears to be over for the moment, I did shut down completely and then rebooted, MW went to look for mail and failed to connect but the next time all went well. Sorry for bothering you with this.
