I can access a web site but cannot access emails from that site.

I am able to access via FIREFOX the website for my internet account but cannot then access my emails from that account, is there anything in settings that might stop this? I can access all other parts of that website.

So accessing the emails via the website is OK, but MailWasher cannot access the emails ?

Assuming it's for the BigPond account, then you can check what your settings need to be here https://www.telstra.com.au/support/cate ... ail-set-up

If you aren't sure, just let us know what you have showing under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming ...
