Unable to access emails via BIGPOND website

Further to my question yesterday, I am able to access my webmail from the BIGPOND website using GOOGLE CHROME but not when using FIREFOX, why not?

Are you sure you are using the same password ? If you use the built in password managers, check your Chrome password (as that works) to be sure. To do that click the three dotted icon top right in Chrome >> select Settings >> scroll to the bottom and click Advanced >> scroll down to the 'Passwords and forms' section and click Manage Passwords >> look for the Bigpond password and click the eye icon to reveal what password Chrome is using. Then check again in Firefox but retype your password.
