my MWpro does not see any of my emails at all.
i have set, reset, confirmed and re-confirmed all my email settings and they are all correct but it does not see any emails at all.
i keep getting the exact same error logs each time i try to scan for mail:
Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.
followed by this-
Description: Fetching mail successfully completed. 0 of 0 email messages were fetched.
I have exhausted all ideas how to go any further and could use some help?

Try sending me the logs.
If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'does not work' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent.
