Yes, you can use MailWasher to access the GMail account via POP https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7104828?hl=en or IMAP https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en
Using IMAP you can opt to check subfolders, so not just the Inbox, so if you want to access a Spam folder, you would use IMAP.
