outside the bounds of array error

not sure what's causing my crashes but i get a crash very hour or so with this dialogue box and have to restart mail washer. using version 7.11.6

There is a crash we've been unable to nail down related to grouping of emails, so it may be that.

Can you try sending me some logs.
Under Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'crashing' in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent.

apologies but will try to send next time it happens, strangely enough not happening lately but have had the 'emails not showing up in mailwasher' problem straight afterwards.
had a fix for missing emails problem by removing and then adding back imap accounts, so will see if this 'out of bounds' problem occurs again. if so will send the log files as requested.

just had another crash, so sent the logs after restarting mw, hope they help.

If you right click on your Received column heading, uncheck the top option Group By Arrived >> that should stop these crashes.

have done as you suggested and no crashes for many hours. much appreciated, i was getting sick of restarting mw, but still mw is doing a great job of removing the rubbish in my mailbox. worth the effort.
