You need to archive emails in the Inbox so they are moved to All Mail this way MWP will have fewer mails to process. As you have loads of emails to move I suggest using a client like Thunderbird so that you can move all the emails in one process.

There was a reply to this topic that looked to be a series of spam links, so I deleted the account. I didn't realise the person who posted that was also the person you replied to.

So hopefully I didn't delete a legit account, but also just to explain where the other posts went. Unfortunately there's no restore feature once deleted.
