Hi

I am experiencing the following problem.

When i launch MWP 7 free, the programs shows mails for both my POP 3 accounts.

However, when i wash the mails, only 1 account receives the mail, and it is always the same account that receives.

I am using Windows Live Mail.

What am i doing wrong?

Both accounts are setup in Live Mail ? If so, and you don't use MailWasher can you ever receive the mails for the 2nd account into Live Mail ?

Both accounts are setup in Live Mail, without Mailwasher it delivers all mails to both accounts and we - the wife and i - sort it out from there.

Sadly my ISP doesn't support IMAP

OK. After the deletes in MailWasher, in WLM what happens when you hit Send/Receive, do the messages for the other account then come in ?

If not, click the down arrow beside Send/Receive and click the option to Receive All, do they come in then ?

No.

The mails still only appear in the inbox that is primary in MailWasher.

Neither hitting send/receive nor hitting Receive All makes any difference.

It sounds like Windows Live Mail might not be setup correctly for the 2nd account. It should be able to retrieve the mail manually, unless it had an incorrect password or other setting.

Both accounts are setup correctly...

MailWasher cannot prevent WLM from retrieving emails on a particular account. When was the last time WLM was able to bring the emails down for the problem account ? Is it possible the password entered in WLM is incorrect ?
