After upgrading to version 7.12.1 I constantly get the following error message:

Go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum post' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check for their arrival.

It looks like MW is having problems with the Torgun_Gmail account. It logs in all fine, but errors out everytime it tries to retrieve the emails. I would first try removing the account from MailWasher >> restart >> add the account back in.

That will probably give it the kick it needs.

You are right, it was that email account that caused the error. When I removed the account, the problem was solved. Even though I'm sure the account was set up correctly (including the password), I'm pretty sure Google rejects MW checking the account because it doesn't "recognize" MW as a legitimate "device/program". That being said, Google has no problem when MW checks my gmail account.
