For some time the MWP log is showing entries that have empty sender - subject - domain fields.
While not all of the entries are spam, the fact that te sender info is missing means you can't define the status. One of the spam mails is labeled and evaluated as 'good' (and I cannot change the status).

Try first under Settings >> General >> Checking Mail >> set the Spam Throttle to about 350 lines per email to download >> Save > restart MailWasher.
It may be that MailWasher isn't retrieving enough of the message to find this.
If that does not help, then go Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> if the account type is IMAP change it to POP >> uncheck Store Cached Email >> set back to IMAP >> Save.
If it's POP, just uncheck the option above >> Save.
Then restart MailWasher.
