Mail washing takes forever, leaves spam untouched

After installing the update, mailwasher is taking forever to wash the mail and concludes by saying that washing is complete, even while continuing to list the spam as available for download. That spam is in fact available, because I downloaded it, but it remains in the washed mail panel nevertheless. The cached mail box is not checked.

Can you try sending me some logs. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a note like 'emails not deleting' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back once sent, so I can check for their arrival.
