mailwasher pro 7.12.6 this key has been registered too many times

After rebooting my computer I was asked to enter my lifetime serial into MailWasher Pro which had previously been activated. I received an error message saying that the key had been registered too many times. I do have MailWasjer Pro installed on 3 computers which my license allows. I have never had a problem until this reboot.
