In MailWasher Pro 7, I have a filter set to auto-delete emails with a 'from' text string that is not deleting as it should. I have keyed off the
name of the sender and his email address, neither of which worked. What is the problem?

First thought is to make sure MailWasher is downloading enough of the message, under Settings >> General >> Checking Mail >> be sure the throttle is set to download 350+ lines per message

This filter, is it tagging the emails like you would expect and just failing the auto-delete, or is it not tagging at all ?
