Blacklist wildcards?

Hi all,
Can anyone please explain why the email address comes up as not matched.?

The test feature only tests what is entered in the Wildcard Expression field against the address, not the selected Wildcard in the blacklist.

You can enter the expression into that field to test with, agree though it's not too clear.
