"Index is Outside the Bounds of the Array"

Program (which I am new to but impressed by, so far) often gives me the error message in the above Subject. What is that exactly (in English), and what do I need to do to make the system run effectively without such customer-unfriendly error messages?

BTW our small business has three primary emails and we get cloe to 5000 emails a day. So far this program is doing well at helping us deal with that volume, but the error message needs help.

There is a bug that's been eluding us for at time related to grouping. So if this crash is happening with annoying regularity, try switching that off and see how the stability is then,

To do that, right click on your date column heading (Received probably) and uncheck the option Group By Received

Let us know how that goes.

This error is preventing me from getting into the app (it appears when the main window opens and the app quits immediately after closing the error). Any suggestions?

FYI: I deleted this file and the problem (so far) has gone away:

C:\Users\[me]\AppData\Roaming\Firetrust\MailWasher\Startup.xml

I have a backup copy before I deleted it. Let me know if you want me to send you both the old and new for troubleshooting purposes.
