Missing info about From and Subject

I use 7.12.6 Mailwasher Pro

When I get mails from several people I ONLY see the message GOOD but not who it's FROM nor the SUBJECT. Some one know what the problem could be, please?

Email headers are getting quite long now, so sometimes MailWasher isn't retrieving enough email information to get those fields.

Go into Settings >> General >> Checking Mail >> set the Spam Throttle to 350 lines >> Save >> restart MailWasher.
