Change default email "quick reply" in preview?

How do I change the current email when trying to "quick reply" from the preview screen?

I accidentally selected the wrong and now it comes up every time - no matter what the email address is. In older versions MW would open up Outlook 2013 that is installed on my PC - this is what I would like to use again but I don't see the option.

I have Outlook 2013 set up as default email - but when doing a "quick reply" some other application comes up - "Sent from Mail for Windows 10"

I'm using Win10 on a new PC.

From your Win10 Search Bar, look for Default Apps , once in that screen scroll down and select Choose Default Apps By Protocol >> again scroll down and look for the MAILTO entry, you should be able to change it from the mail app to Outlook there.
