MW Pro & Gmail question

I included a gmail account for an organization I work with in MW and the emails show up fine in the latter. However, when in Gmail I move the email to different folder it continues to show in MW. Why? If I delete it from MW, it has no effect on the moved email, but it still seems odd that it continues to show after a move.

Hi there

It sounds like you are using POP to access the account in MailWasher ?
You can check under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> if so, switch to IMAP >> Save >> reload MW.

Great. Just be aware by default when using IMAP in MailWasher, it'll load all Unread emails in the Inbox folder within the last 7 days.
If you want to view Read email, or of a different date range, then under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> you can change to your preference.

Good to know. I run the ushers for the local opera company and wanted a quick way to know when an email comes without having to monitor Gmail all the time. With the change to IMAP, I can see when something has come, delete it in MWP and go to the opera account to deal with it as I wish. Great fix.
