I've been a MW user since it was shareware. MW free and MW v5 used to have this feature, but I can't find this option anywhere. Bounce used to be on the "Inbox Display" columns along with Friend, Blacklist where you check what you want done to each email. You also used to be able to set each email to bounce any blacklisted in Accounts.
You can still bounce emails but you have to display the contents of each email in the display. This seems to be a step backward. Why isn't in on the "Inbox Display" as a checkbox?

Re: How do I automatically bounce all email I blacklist?
This is actually a bad idea.
It is important to understand spammers rarely, if ever, use a valid return email address. They "spoof" invalid addresses or may even spoof a legitimate address belonging to an innocent person. So if you bounce it, the bounced email often goes nowhere - often getting bounced right back to you as an invalid address.
Not good. Or you bombard that innocent person with even more spam.
Also not good.
Also, some ISPs frown on bouncing because, as I just noted, they often end up going nowhere or are bounced back to you as invalid. This just clutters up the system with even more useless junk mail.
So really, many feel the only good time for using the bounce feature is when you know for a fact, the return address is the valid address of the true sender. For example, if your ex-mother-in-law keeps sending you threatening emails, you might bounce those and eventually - maybe - she might get the message.

Ummm, selecting "Mark for bounce" is still a right-click option from the grid. You can still bounce emails but you have to display the contents of each email in the display.

ok - so it isn't on the Inbox Display anymore. Too bad. I enjoy bouncing spam.

I would too - if it did any good. But spammers never use their own email address so you really are just wasting your time and bandwidth.I enjoy bouncing spam.
